The principle of metal belt drive with permanent magnet ( MBDPM) and the structures of magnetic pulley and metal belt are introduced in this paper. The stress distribution of metal belt is also analyzed and discussed. 简要介绍了永磁带轮式金属带传动的原理、磁力带轮及金属带的结构,并对金属带的应力分布情况进行了分析和探讨。
Metal belt drive with permanent magnet ( MBDPM) is a new type of mechanical transmission, in which magnetic field can be produced by the permanent magnet installed in magnetic pulley. 永磁带轮式金属带传动是依靠安装在带轮上的稀土永磁体产生磁场以吸引金属带,并大幅度地提高金属带与磁力带轮间的摩擦力而传递运动和动力的。
